Established 2946 | Combat Search and Rescue Division
“When the stars call for help, we answer.”
I. PURPOSE
Astral Rescue Command (ARCOM) exists to provide rapid-response, combat-ready medical support and extraction in high-threat environments. Our mission is to stabilize, extract, and preserve life in situations where standard rescue protocols cannot operate. ARCOM fills the gap between traditional medevac and frontline operations.
II. MISSION STATEMENT
ARCOM is a militarized medical force trained to operate in combat zones, spaceborne wrecks, hostile bunkers, and battlefield conditions. We are committed to fast, effective search and rescue operations with a focus on survival, tactical mobility, and medical precision.
We support allied forces, medical teams, freelancers, and civilians across the verse—regardless of origin or affiliation. If there is a call, we answer.
III. CORE VALUES
Readiness: Every member of ARCOM is expected to maintain full combat and rescue readiness at all times.
Discipline: We operate under structured command and clear protocol. Precision and coordination are non-negotiable.
Neutrality in Rescue: We respond to distress calls without bias. Lives are lives.
Accountability: Every member is responsible for the success of the mission, the safety of the team, and the outcome of the evac.
Excellence in Execution: Whether under fire or in free space, we act with skill, courage, and clarity.
IV. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
ARCOM operates under a unified command model:
Command Staff – Oversees operational directives, training, and mission logistics.
Rescue Specialists – Combat medics and triage officers executing field medical operations.
Tactical Pilots – Provide air superiority, extraction support, and escort roles.
Ground Operators – Execute bunker extractions, battlefield clears, and security for med teams.
Support Personnel – Maintain equipment, coordinate communication, and manage logistics.
V. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
All ARCOM members are required to complete certification in:
Ground and ship-based combat
Field medical procedures and triage
Ship-to-ship and atmospheric extraction
Mid-air and zero-G recovery
Bunker infiltration and secure evac
Battlefield decision-making under duress
Training is ongoing and mandatory.
VI. OPERATIONAL CONDUCT
Weapons are carried at all times—active mission or not.
Orders in active operations must be followed without delay.
Team integrity is paramount: no member is left behind.
Use of ARCOM resources for personal gain is prohibited.
Failure to uphold the Charter may result in review and removal from ARCOM service.
VII. ENLISTMENT
We seek pilots, medics, fighters, and freelancers who are willing to step into the fire for the sake of others.
We do not promise safety.
We promise purpose.
