Astral Rescue Command is a militarized combat medical force specializing in Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR). We operate on the front lines—where the danger is real and lives hang in the balance. Trained by former UEE Navy and Marine medical officers, we’re built for rapid-deployment medevac missions, high-risk planetary extractions, and emergency recoveries deep in the black.
We work alongside both combat-ready and non-combat medical units, providing overwatch and armed escort during triage operations. From battlefield extractions to bunker breakouts and disabled ship recoveries, we get in fast, stabilize the wounded, and get them out—no matter the cost.
Our training is extensive, covering ship-to-ship combat, mid-air recoveries, zero-G operations, and ground-based combat. Every member of CSAR is a fighter, a healer, and a survivor. If you wear the patch, you carry a weapon—always. Because out here, safety is earned, not given.
